Common Problems and Solutions

Technology is great, but sometimes things get wonky. In 99.9% of cases, problems are related to the different systems in use. The steps below will correct the most common errors.

1) If you are having problems with your member-only feeds, the first course of action is to login to MotivationToMove.com. Doing so will automatically correct most issues.
2) Some systems will NOT accept the "/" at the end of the RSS Feed address. Try it both ways.
3) Clearing your browser memory is always a good idea.
4) If you find your iPhone or other devices repeatedly asking for your Username and Password, you will likely need to clear the memory and restart your phone.
