Common Problems and Solutions

If you are a Premium Member having difficulty with your RSS Feed, we highly suggest that you switch our new Supercast Feed.  You can find it listed in your Member area.

If you continue to use the legacy RSS Feed, these steps will correct the most common errors.

1) The first course of action is to log in to MotivationToMove.com. Doing so will automatically correct most issues.
2) Some systems will NOT accept the "/" at the end of the RSS Feed address. Try it both ways.
3) Clearing your browser memory is always a good idea.
4) If you find your iPhone or other devices repeatedly asking for your Username and Password, you will likely need to clear the memory and restart your phone.
